Returns, Cancellations & Complaints
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.
From receiving the product, you have 7 days within which you may return it.
The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods, packaging and the labels aren't damaged. The return postage will not be refunded.
Cancellations
You are able to cancel your order within 7 working days. The 7 days will start the day after you receive the goods.
We will fully refund the price of the goods, and you will receive the refund within 30 days of cancellation.
Complaints
If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please email us. All complaints will be acknowledged personally, within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.
