Bought this book for my 8 year old who loves numeracy. It's a great book, really easy to just pick and do a few puzzles at a time. It’s got a guide at the back for developing strategies if you need it and there are hints and tips for completing the more difficult puzzles at the end of the book.

This is a really good buy, there are lots of fun puzzles - Magic Squares, Sudoku etc starting with easy versions and then getting harder. The book is clearly laid out. The only slight criticism is that it is A4 size, so it is a bit big to take on the train as a puzzle book to pass the time, but otherwise it's excellent.
