Terms and conditions

Please note that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. From receiving the product, you have three days within which to return the item - with the exception of schools, who have 30 days within which to do so.

The cost of the goods will be refunded - so long as the goods, packaging and the labels are not damaged. The return postage will not be refunded.

If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please contact:

All complaints will be acknowledged personally, within five working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within seven working days. Complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them (for internal use only).
